Terms & Conditions

The admission in Angels Arc English Medium School (thereafter referred toas “the School”) is granted subject to the following terms & conditions:

Enrolment

Completion of Registration Procedure does not guarantee admission in the school.
Provide your Indian Mobile number in the appropriate boxes enabling us to send SMS from time to time.
The School must be informed of any issues relating to health, physical, academic as well as behavioral issues of the student prior to enrolment.
In case, students from other boards, valid Transfer Certificate should be countersigned by the Competent Authority.
The School reserves the right to withhold acceptance of an enrolment entirely at its discretion, without assigning any reason.
New admissions are made on the basis of seats available, the student’s performance in the school they studied last and also on the basis of their performance in the entrance test. Merely being allowed to appear at the ‘Entrance Test’ will not be considered as a ground for being eligible for admission.
A pupil seeking new admission from Grade – Il onwards, the Transfer Certificate is compulsory from the recognised/affiliated school last attended.
Self-attested true copy of Birth Certificate of the student. (Original Birth Certificate of the student to be produced at the time of admission for verification)
A registration number will be generated and will be sent to your valid registered mobile number after completion of the registration. Candidates are advised to retain the same with you, as it will be required to be brought at the time of reporting for Entrance Test and Interview.
School bus facility will be available only after approval of school transport dept.
Tostrictly follow the dress code of the School and to ensure that the child shall only wear the uniform as approved by the School

Fees

A non-refundable one time registration fee is payable at the time of registration of the student at the School.
Any fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstance.
The tuition fee is payable in advance either in cash or by Online through our school website / school app.
The First Installment fee is payable together with the admission fee.
For any mid-term enrolment, the installment fees is payable from the month of enrolment.
The School shall be initiated to increase Fees at any time, as it may deem fit. Any such increase in Fees shall be notified to the Parent and such revised Fees shall become payable from the date stipulated in such notice.

Reservation of Rights

“The School reserves the right —

To change, alter or modify these terms & conditions at any time and ts discretion and such changes, alterations or modifications shall remain binding on the parties hereto. The School shall notify these at its notice board.
To change, alter or modify, as it may deem appropriate the content, course/program offerings, any published information, curriculum, academic policies and such other rules and regulations including venue affecting the students and substitute any teaching staff at any time.

Undertaking

I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and solemnly undertake and declare as follows:

That the information furnished by me in this application is true to the best of my knowledge and belief, if any statement/information found to be false or I do not furnish the relevant documents to the School at the time of admission, the admission given to our child may be canceled/terminated by the School.
That In case choose to withdraw our child from the School, | agree and accept that the fees once paid shall not be refundable and if not paid shall have to be paid, failing which transfer certificate will not be issued.
